Updated review: valley country market got back to me and resolved the parking issue very quickly, which I really appreciate. There are some great shops here, so I will go back. Maybe they'll consider

Avoid all at costs during lunch time. It will take a half hour to park and another half hour to get out. Absolutely unacceptable for a strip mall.
