Heritage Bay is a census-designated place in northern Collier County, Florida, United States. It is 18 miles northeast of Naples and 12 miles southeast of Bonita Springs. The community was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. The population was 1,117 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Naples-Marco Island, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
