Walked in for a quote since this shop is close to where I live and a rude man sitting down in the office didn't even get up to greet or look me in the eye. I asked for a simple quote on a front bumper

They don't even deserve a star. They have very poor customer service and they are scammers do not bring your car to them unless you're okay with being without your car for weeks!!!

I LOVE this company. Unfortunately I has two accidents and have used Collision Concepts twice. Both times I have found the owners to be amazing people. Kind, courteous, customer service was wonderful.
