Pros - Cheap. Good location if going to The Mailbox complex, Brindley Place, canal side venues etc. Room was a good size and seemed clean. Negatives - was told I needed to pay £50 deposit in case roo.

Terrible, no aircon and the hotel knew at check-in it doesn’t work in some rooms but did not say. No hot water, only tepid. We are here for a special birthday and it’s a disaster. Offered a checkout .
