I'm so grateful to have the convenience of receiving event packages to the hotel i am staying in. You pay the additional handling fee literally for that. I can't imagine having to trek back with these

Don't bother. This "office" is useless. Oh and they charge a handling fee to accept a prepaid package for FedEx. Eff both this poophole and FedEx. Use UPS or USPS instead.
