waited 30 minutes after my pickup time along with 3 other customers because they didn't put it on the shelf. employees were just talking to each other and my order was behind the counter the whole tim

Horrible customer service, employees are rude. If I can give it 0 stars I would! Do better chipotle staff !

Didn't have anything available but steak, no beans and limited veggies... two of the females were rude, used profanity and overall seemed like they hated being there.. tables were dirty, no one around
