I just received my burrito with a plastic bag on the inside. This is disgusting. I almost puked when I saw this gross bag. I'm sorry, but this doesn't even deserve one star.

The food was fine. The service on the other hand was atrocious. While we were dining you can hear repeated cursing and bullying from the kitchen. Saying things like "that baby has a big [f-ing] head."

I love Taco Bell so I hope this was a one off that it was this bad. Mobile order. Wasn't ready when we got there which is fine but not sure how the food was cold then. Don't order the dippers! Ours we
