This hotel is located in a very quiet area, not too far from shopping area. I misread the description, when I saw “breakfast available”, it didn’t occur to me it was the same as “free breakfast”. We..
Pros: the location is near a major shopping area and the Grand Rapids Airport. There is also a complimentary shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. Free parking on hotel grounds.
We had placed our reservation through Park, Sleep, Fly and were pleasantly surprised with this Holiday Inn! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, the shuttle driver was very nice.
