I would have given higher but unable to call them directly. I lost an ear ring at front door area. I tried 6 times calling- chatted with ING and was told I’d receive call back but as of two days later
The rooms are clean, but the hotel is old. The worst was breakfast, the fresh fruit was black bananas, orange juice was orange water, no gravy for biscuts, just hot water, cold potatos, oatmeal look .
We stay at Holiday Inn Express often. We actually stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. This time, 2/27/1026, was a disappointment. After arriving in the room, we noticed a dirty washcloth in the tub. In
