18F outside and cold A/C is blasting on the seating area. This is so bad I put back my hat and shivered through my lunch. I went to the counter tell the staff but nothing changed. I got barely ack'ed.

Food was cold, rice, chicken, and beans were cold. got my bowl at 7:45pm. cold garbage
