We (and bunches of other patients) spent 11 hours at Sutter Tracy Community waiting for ER services yesterday, after my 82 year old father's physician instructed us to bring him there to be admitted.

Was at ER and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Nurse Angel in the ER is very rude and condescending. I do not appreciate him acting rude towards me.
