Favorite gym in the South Bay area, been here since 1998 and don't plan to ever stop coming. Great atmosphere and equipment.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. It has high quality equipment, it's clean, has fresh air, and a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The people here are nice, and the gym has an overall fant

Staff are dishonest and pocketed my membership money, lied to management who took their side. I do NOT recommend anyone patronize this business.
