Does this Costco location have high stealing issue? They require people returning product have to obtain a "sticker" at the entrance? I return stuff at different Costco locations in the bay and haven'

The elimination of the hand-held scanners and 1/2 the self-checkout terminals is stupid beyond belief especially when they now have 3 employees for 6 registers and they do pre-check before you even ge
