Worse costumer service, very rude and unprofessional staff, including Melanie Dias the manager. Increasing rate every day during my stay with no reason or at least to let costumer knows. Dirty smell .

This is by far the best Hilton I have had the pleasure to stay in. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The Executive Chef, Jose and Food and Beverage Manager, Ehab could not be anymore accommodating.
