Had a small chip, replaced my windshield and left deep gauges on my paint around the windshield. Due to the weather, didn't notice for a couple of weeks. When I went back, they said I was 2 days late

Have a phone at the actual shop. Can't reach anyone. Went with another company that I could actually call.
