I would given 0 stars if I could. My elderly father attempted to set up his own account but was scammed by this company. Instead of charging him $25 for the initial instillation, he was charged $2500.
The service from Xfinity is horrible. Their AI which makes it difficult to talk to a live person and if you are lucky to talk to a live worker they are just as horrible, Both are severely incompetent.
This company is absolutely horrific. Horrible can never get anything solved. whether it be in store in person or by calling, trying to get customer service is absolutely horrible. I would never recomm
