The VELO Sports Center is a world class velodrome that is currently the only one of its kind in the United States. Formerly known as the ADT Event Center or LA Velodrome, since its opening in 2004 it has hosted the 2004 UCI Junior World Championship, 2005 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, 2006-2008 UCI Track Cycling World Cups, and 2012 Para-Cycling World Championship.
