Management that actually cares about their residents...residents that are the reason for their having a job. Stop all the money grabs...pet screening fees, credit reporting fees( that noone asked for

the building needs to be pressure washed and repainted. the parking lots are terrible and the numbers on the buildings are falling off some upkeep would be nice
