I had a terrible facial and expressed my concerns. They did not care and manager never contacted me to correct. I do not recommend a facial st thus location.

If you do not cancel your massage within 24 hours they charge you a fee, but the same rules don't apply to them. I had a massage scheduled for 5pm. Showed up and was told they had left me a voicemail
