told them plenty of times use my socket because if u don't u gunna scratch my rims they still do what ever they want so yeah u have expensive rims or your careful with what u pay dont go to these guys

Had an appointment today for rotation and balance. I even warned them about scratching my rim last time. Took my car home -- new scratch again! Clearly they don't care about customers' cars. Negligent
