Executive elite member and reserved a car here. Showed up at the rental desk and was told they didn't have any cars available. They could have at least canceled our reservation and let us know before

Nope! Car was dirty. Seemed like it passed from the previous renter straight to us. It was ultimately not worth the lost time to rectify. Price was just okay. Do better Enterprise, do better.

Great service from the front desk and an easy drop off! Vehicle was clean and in great shape.
