South Lockport is a hamlet located in the Town of Lockport in Niagara County, New York, United States. The population was 8,234 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. South Lockport is south of the City of Lockport on New York State Route 78.
