Placed online order on 10/19. App accepted order and payment. Store was closed and locked when I arrived to pick up order. Saw several other customers pull up and try door as well. No sign was posted

Does the store close at 9:30 or whenever they feel like they want to go home? I've been there a few times once at 8:45 PM and one time at 9 and the door was locked and you can see someone in the back
