Staff and pharmacist are Very rude and have extremely poor communication skills. I have a 7 day window to pick up my Acutane, otherwise Ipledge will penalize me and make me start the program all over

So H-E-B is known for their customer service and this Pharmacy fails by far with the worst customer service ever. They are so rude when you try to ask a question about your medication's or your co-pay
