Young Asian lady on the till on 12/1/26 at Poole home store in cafe about 14.30pm her hospitality skills were deplorable , no please or thank you and literally threw coffee and tea at customers causi.

Cafe closed today Thursday 20 th November due to technical problems.Such a disappointment! Will phone ahead next time.
