Why does it take more then 15 mins to make a damn small burrito that I paid 14 bucks for I'm never a male Karen but damn dude I know Hampton roads sucks but spending more then 5 mins to make a burrito

ordered 2 soft cantina chicken tacos got this-whatever the hell this is. Oh and no receipt because the troll at the window "don't know what she did with it"

Food was awful took 10 minutes to get and was not fresh. For the price it was not worth it. Every time I've gone the person at the window has been rude and has no business working in customer service.
