Food was room temperature. There is a language barrier issue. Very hard to understand the lady though the drive through. I tried to use the free big Buford reward but they said they don't have a scann

Waited outside for like 20 minutes when it was supposed to be ready when I arrived the people inside were just talking and not doing there job

The food is always cold, the burgers and chicken are cooked too hard. They are not edible. This has happened 3 times . No more for me .
