Very bad customer service. Called to cancel and agent promised to have it taken care of. 48 h later, nothing!!!! No action taken and had to spend time on phone trying to get hold of the insurance comp

Less than responsive and much better rates with other insurance companies. I wouldn't recommend for lack of communication.

You guys suck to say the least. I had an emergency and the staff was incompetent leaving me 7 hours stranded. All that money paid monthly so you can steal it and make yourself richer. Screw you guys.
