I would visit early in the morning so the staff might not have been completely awake which might be why their customer service was a bit lacking. The bagels were good as long as you aren't looking for

They forgot my avocado!!! :( I got a very simple sandwich and they left the most important ingredient out.

The bagel sandwiches were delicious and came out fast! Inside was decently clean, definitely needed to be vacuumed and tables needed to be wiped down. The girls working were not very friendly.
