Went through drive-thru, ordering, per the big sign, a McRib sandwich, only to be told "we don't have those anymore." How hard is it to 1) remove a sign or 2) put up a sign saying "Sorry -- all out."?

cashier was so patient and kind with me and helping my find my coupon in the app. food was fresh and done fast!
