The hotel was nicely renovated, and comfortable for our trip for sports. I would stay here again. The only strange thing was the traffic light at the hotel, never changed for us and would remain red.
Amazing service. Everyone was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Judy in the club lounge was delightful.
They are always so willing to upgrade me and honor my room request. Di and Sharron in the M Club are outstanding and so friendly it makes the business trips fill almost like having breakfast at home..
