Review: A Masterclass in Poor Service and Skimping Rating: I should have walked out the moment I was greeted with a disgruntled "What do you want?" as if my presence was a personal chore for the staff

I live near here and go here all the time and 9/10 times the employees are very rude. I understand they are working hard but they are always giving attitude and often mischarging me.

Bedlam. Filthy lobby, 80% of drinks empty, 5 staff standing around in front but online orders backed-up 40 mins.
