Why is it closed during open hours? It's 2pm and the clock on the door says "be back at 11am". What kind of clownery is this.

Can't even go in, "be back soon" sign just changes every hour in the "be back" time, pushing it back an hour every time the hour passes. they're just holed up back there like they're besieged for hour
