Located in the AT&T Center on the UT Campus, The Carillon kind of looks like a generic conference center dining room, but the reality is that it’s one of the best kept dining secrets in the area. There’s a rotating daily lunch buffet that’s a lot better than its $20-ish price point would lead you to believe. In the evenings, you can also get a three-course prix fixe menu for $45—just be warned, all three of the courses are pretty massive, so be ready for plenty of leftovers.
