The wash scratched my brand new car, denied my claim and said that even brand new cars come with swirl marks and scratches.

Car wash ripped my license plate off on 4/25 and I noticed on 4/26 and went to check if they had it. Employee told me they throw away all the license plates that get ripped off every night. EVERY NIGH

I'm so tired of throwing my money away at the Riverbank and Oakdale locations. Their wash doesn't wash! Save your money and wash at home or go elsewhere
