Goúves is a village and former municipality in the Heraklion regional unit, Crete, Greece. Since 2011, local government reform it is a part of the municipality Hersonissos, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 94.963 km2. It lies about 9 mi east of Heraklion. Goúves is better known for its busy summer resort about 1.15mi north of the village, Káto Goúves.
