Been here six times when they do not have Frosty's available been here four times when they don't have any chocolate frosty available or their new swirl is not available In addition, it is the slowest

Multiple times going there have not been able to get a frosty and they just say sorry it doesn't work. Just makes another Toledo Wendy's that I will no longer go to.

Do not use app, hard to get refunds and drive thru is horrible, this is the WORST Wendys.
