The tech (Russle) couldn't even type up the prescription I was dropping off. Couldn't answer my insurance question. Couldn't even explain the process. Turns out he doesn't even have the required licen

... and at least one of the technicians admits he doesn't even have his license. No wonder the service is so bad. Ugh!!
