We arrived early to the Monarch and were told we were u able to check in early without paying a fee. We were told to come back at 4:00. When we arrived back at 4:50 we were told our room wasn’t ready.

Worst hotel in Blackhawk. Check in is a nightmare, staff was rude, impassable elevators, I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy.
