Absolutely horrible customer experience. Terrible service. An absolute joke of a business. Dealing with Glenn is a disaster. Inept. Buy anywhere else.

Initial service 8-4-25, here we are 11-11-25 - 3 months later, 4 service calls later with various techs, and I still have an inoperable hot tub with 2 gaps at the filter.... but they're still "waiting
