We bought a couch and within the first week one of the cushions sank. They scheduled a repair man to come and all was good! They were ordering a replacement. That was in October! It's now mid January

this experience has been the worse Customer Service ever. if there was a O I would have chosen that. was assured over and over that could pay 120.00 and swap for same price in other mattress. I am 82
