I sent a returned wedding dress from this location and it never got to its destination. When I went back to the store to find out why my item never arrived at destination.I was told they don't know it
Love the customer service. They know alot of frequent customers by name (me included) and are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location for UPS.
