The ABSOLUTE worst! Doesn't matter the season or time of day. Filthy place, terrible service.

Got 2 blizzards and wanted extra candy. Sign said extra topping .99. We were charged .25 for the 1st topping- which should have been included and $2 for the 2nd. They are purposely ripping people off.
