Nieciecza is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żabno, within Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres north-west of Żabno, 17 km north-west of Tarnów, and 66 km east of the regional capital Kraków. It is situated on the right bank of the Dunajec River, a tributary of the Vistula.
