They seem more focused on money, rather than actually providing actionable information on how to best care for your pet. They are overpriced, slow to respond, and generally unhelpful

The vet was nice enough, but the staff try to price gouge you. They bombard you with all this plan information at the time of your appointment, and essentially drive you to signing up for an overprice
