I went to this Portillo's location in Crestwood, IL tonight SUNDAY 3/14/2026 at 9 pm, for some reason the drive in is so, so slow. I ordered a jumbo hotdog with everything and no pickle; after waiting

This place was once amazing and had completely gone to crap! Sandwiches are always dry. Orders are never correct anymore. We won't be going there again. Pops it is.

The service was horrible and I almost waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger and then when I got it, it was lukewarm and my fries weren't fresh, this location is slowly falling off of a cliff!
