Staff is so friendly and creates a welcoming environment to move your body and focus on you for 45 or 60 minutes. I love the various class options and times. Couldn't recommend enough!!

We hosted a bachelorette party in Columbus and spent Saturday morning with Nicole. She was great! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating for our group of girls. They reserved spaces so we could a
