They charge even with prepaid label. Just GROSS!!! Please please please FedEx do better. The agents were nice but I trekked all the way on this location on foot only to say I need to pay extra??? NO M
I went to drop off a prepaid package and forgot they charge to take packages UNLESS you are a guest in the hotel. No way! I walked out and went to the location inside the Illinois Center. Blegh!
