Its not that busy, all orders are wrong making mass confusion. I used to own restruants. There are plenty of employees working. The system is broken. It should be better.

Got an iced coffee that had more grounds than ice they covered about 1/8 inch from the bottom of the cup. Didn't complain due to lack of this place having anyone that has good customer service skills.
