Don't try to walk in at the Southbury location. Staff doesn't take too kindly to walk-ins and the attitudes reflect their immense disdain for it. Almost seems like they slow roll just you to "teach yo

The cutoff time fro walk-ins is an arbitrary time set by staff whose goal seems to be to do as little as possible. Additionally, the "customer service" makes DMV look like the picture of excellence.
